Purpose:
The Marketing Director will lead the strategic development and execution of all marketing efforts to drive brand growth. This role involves directing a team in creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals, with a focus on enhancing brand identity, expanding market segments, and driving revenue growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Direct and implement the organization’s advertising and promotional activities.
- Educate the marketing team on brand identity.
- Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.
- Identify new market segments that will benefit from company products.
- Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging products, services, and trends.
- Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
- Forecast, draft, and manage the department operating budget.
- Train and manage the marketing team, including conducting performance reviews.
- Attend industry conferences, meetings, or conventions to stay informed on marketing trends.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing duties and attend all scheduled meetings and appointments.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and strategic planning is required; 5 years of experience is preferred.
