Purpose:
The carePAC Customer Service Representative is responsible for calling carePAC patients directly to ensure these patients received their carePAC order in addition to answering patients questions regarding using and/or re-ordering carePAC products from Extremity Care.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding and handling all calls and emails regarding customer carePAC orders.
- Record customer feedback regarding carePAC products and their experience using these products.
- Maintain a live record of all carePAC accounts and their customers.
- Reach out to carePAC customers to determine if they need to refill their order.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with current and potential customers, partners, and vendors.
- Provide status and tracking data to leadership & customers as requested.
- Answer the phone and transfer the call to the appropriate party.
- Assist in the packaging of carePAC products as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to maintain polite & helpful attitude when dealing with high stress customer situations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Ability to learn new or updated software
- Ability to work independently & in a team environment as needed
- Ability to work within order management guidelines provided
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of office equipment
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with office phones preferred
